Hello All!

It's been a few years since I could fully commit to Circle C Storage again. During my absence, Cheri graciously took the helm, allowing me to focus on my health. I am eternally grateful for her dedication. She has recently moved to her happy place in Kentucky and will be greatly missed, I'm excited to be back and making significant upgrades.

Since my return, I have spared no effort to enhance areas that needed attention. We've upgraded the lighting across the entire parking area and replaced all bulbs in existing fixtures to improve visibility and safety. To address recurring issues along the back wall and chain link fence, we've installed sheet metal toppers bolted securely to the cement, making them immovable. These improvements, combined with our new solar sensors, which activate with any movement, significantly bolster nighttime security, supporting the diligent work of our security guard.

One of the most significant changes is the installation of state-of-the-art cameras (photos proved below) that cover every section of our facility. These cameras are independent of Wi-Fi and send immediate alerts upon detecting a person, ensuring prompt response to any security concerns.
Furthermore, I have introduced a white metal lockbox by the front door for easy and secure payment drop-offs. Please ensure your payments in envelopes or checks are properly labeled with your name.

In our ongoing effort to optimize space and accessibility, we are addressing the issue of non-operational vehicles that have congested the parking area. Vehicle owners are collaborating with me to reduce their numbers appropriately.

Important Operational Changes:

Vehicle Identification:

All tenants must either visit the office or call me to obtain a laminated sign for vehicles stored on our property. Vehicles without a sign will be subject to towing.

Gate Usage:

Please ensure to open BOTH gates when entering or exiting to avoid further costly damages.

Gate Codes

For your security, do not share your gate code with individuals not listed on your account.

Vehicle Security:

Always lock your vehicles and keep the windows fully raised.

Vehicle Covers:

Regularly inspect your vehicle covers; the harsh weather can wear them down. I will reach out if they require your attention.

Oil Spills:

To maintain a clean and safe environment, you must take immediate action if your vehicle's oil leaks.

Rent Payments

If your rent payment is delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. Please be advised that gate access will be suspended if payment is not received within six days of the due date.

Last but not least We've also recently noticed several stray cats around the facility. To ensure their safety—and yours—check your engine compartments before starting your vehicles, as cats may seek shelter there.
